Prior to joining Modern Spaces Thanasi worked in the restaurant business as an owner/operator. As a result, he fully understands how to successfully navigate the complexities and challenges of the small business environment, which informs his decision-making and counsel for clients. In addition, he is well versed in contract negotiation and financing.

Thanasi’s successful transition from his entrepreneurial ventures, which has also included managing his family’s real estate portfolio, to a full-time role in real estate is a result of hard work, focus and a well-rounded knowledge of the changing dynamics of the NYC market.
