A lifelong New Yorker, Timothy is the newest member of Modern Spaces Astoria. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Timothy grew up in a melting pot of cultures and life styles. Timothy began his career in retail, managing sales of up to 1 billion dollars in annual sales. His experience in retail has taught him the importance of providing all of his customers with excellent service.

After nearly 20 years in retail, Timothy decided to pursue one of his life long career goals of becoming a real estate salesperson. Though relatively new to real estate, Timothy has worked with sellers, buyers, and renters in the Astoria/LIC area, helping his clients find a place to call home. Having lived in Astoria for just over a year, Timothy has explored Astoria extensively, getting to know this great neighborhood. Timothy is excited to begin a new chapter with Modern Spaces, hoping to make your experience with buying, selling, or renting a fun, stress free experience.
