Charmaine immigrated from the Philippines at the age of 4. Growing up in Woodside, Queens she knew she didn’t want to leave the borough. She has called Long Island City home since 2009 with her husband and now 5 children. During her first home purchase she realized she wanted to help others with this process. With several home purchases and renovations under her belt, she helps guide her clients find the perfect residence.

Charmaine and her husband are avid contemporary art collectors. They are part of the Directors Circle at the Sculpture Center and Young Leadership Council at the Brooklyn Museum. The entire family always looks forward to the winter season so they can shred up the mountains snowboarding. They always take time to go on several trips during the year to travel the world.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College. She is registered member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
