His experience is extensive; representing both buyers and sellers, investors, as well as leading 100+ unit development projects. To that end, Andy has launched and expeditiously sold out numerous large and boutique developments in Long Island City including The Industry, The Harrison, The Bond and 5 Court Square.

A Queens native, Andy lived in the Court Square area of Long Island City from 2007- 2016, purchasing in one of the first condo developments in the area. A true believer, he witnessed and participated in the amazing transformation of LIC. In 2016, he moved to the North Shore of Long Island with his wife and two young daughters. More recently beginning in 2020, Andy has expanded his business and is also selling real estate on the North Shore of Long Island.
