Her vast experience working with major landlords and property management firms in Manhattan, in particular Rose Associates and Macklowe Properties, overseeing a portfolio of luxury rentals and is expert on the execution of the multifaceted process of launching and managing rental projects. From hiring, staffing, and training leasing agents, while overseeing everyday operations, to the implementation of the renewal process/maintenance programs for re-rentals, setting optimal rents and maximizing rent rolls with minimal vacancy loss.
