Gala started her real estate career doing rentals, helping international students find homes. She joined Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in 2018 as an admin for QNS44 Condominiums, one of the fastest-moving projects in the company’s entire new development portfolio, while at the same time handled Vernon 123 Condominiums, both from launch to sell-out. Simultaneous to that was her involvement with Greystone LIC Condominiums, another new development. Gala is now a member of The Alexander Pereira Team at Modern Spaces and is currently working on the Team’s new project - The Anable Condominiums.

Gala has specialized in new development in Long Island City as well as sales in LIC, Whitestone, Bayside, Woodside and Jackson Heights, from coops to condos to single-family homes. With up-to-date knowledge of the inventory, a friendly approach, and an incredible ability to understand a client’s wants and needs, she has successfully helped people make the right real estate decisions, especially first-time buyers who she walks through the process, making it easy to understand. Having previously worked in hedge fund and bank management information, Gala has a unique attention to detail and is dedicated to providing quality service and satisfaction to every client. She readily stays on top of details, and is quick to react to situations, think creatively, communicate, and provide the best solutions. 

Originally from Macau, China, Gala speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin. She obtained her BBA degree in Accountancy at Baruch College in NYC. Gala has lived in Whitestone, and currently resides in Elmhurst. Her many interests include art, oil and acrylic painting, jazz music, swing jazz, and yoga.
