Spiro Maravegias was born and raised in Greece, he grew up in Kefalonia island by the ionia Sea. Spiro comes from a Real Estate background as his family owns and manage Real Estate since 1920.

Spiro graduated from Mediterranean College with studies in shipping management but he didn’t really work in shipping for long time as his passions was always in Real Estate.Spiro started his Real Estate career from a young age as assistant property manager for the Patriarchate of Jerusalem by managing multiple rentals, commercials and residential properties.
