Chinatown
It’s not the oldest Chinatown in the country, but it is the largest. In fact, the NYC Chinatown boasts the largest congregation of Chinese immigrants in the world. Filled to the brim with popular Chinese and mixed Asian restaurants, stores, and specialty food markets, a stroll through this mixed residential and commercial community will stimulate the senses.
Over the years, Chinatown has blossomed from a cluster of a few streets, into a bursting-at-the-seams neighborhood overlapping into the surrounding neighborhoods of Tribeca, Little Italy, the Lower East Side and Soho. Highlight: Just walking around the streets.
