OUR THOUGHTS: This is a gut renovated 3 bedroom apartment is amazing. The finishes are top notch, including a modern kitchen with stainless microwave & dishwasher, stacked Bosch Washer/Dryer, large skylights, recessed lighting, tall ceilings, and more features. The apartment has very tall ceilings lending to it's Loft-Like vibe. Installed personal heating & a/c units are another great perk. The location is great, as Frost street is covered with trees, very quite, and only a couple blocks from Graham Avenue's shops & restaurants. The commute from the Graham L train is much faster then many expect, adding only 5-6minutes as compared to the Bedford L commute. Additionally, the unit comes with a private backyard parcel and a large private storage unit.
