He is the new kid on the block; Vincent, a Queens native lived and grew up in Western Queens his whole life. He attended Long Island City High School which was where he first knew of the neighborhood that is Astoria. Going to school every day for 4 years; Vincent saw the change and evolution of Western Queens along with its potential. Vincent studied finance in Queens College where he earned his BBA Finance.

Vincent is proud to be part of Modern Spaces expansion in Astoria. He is humble and genuine when it comes to working with clients.
