A New York City resident for over two decades, Mark has experienced the ebb and flow of the ever-changing real estate market. He has developed a keen sense of each of his client’s needs and listens to what it takes to achieve their real estate goals.
As a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker he has sold over $500 million, and for the past eight years Mark has specialized in the Tri-borough New Development sector as a trusted and experienced liaison between buyers and sellers, developers, construction teams, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and building managers. By fostering these close relationships with all involved parties; Mark has been able to efficiently guide his clients through the sales process on all levels.
Mark recently served as Sales Director at The View, Long Island City’s waterfront luxury condominium. Prior to joining Modern Spaces, he worked with some of New York's leading real estate brokerage firms where he was consistently a top producer in leasing and sales. These new developments include; J Condo, 255 Hudson, be@william, 540 West 28th St. and Silver Towers just to name a few.
