A native Albanian, Eneida has lived, studied and worked in many cities among which Tirana, Prague and Boston. She currently lives in Astoria, New York her home of six years in the city she enjoys most. She is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Political Science and Economics but most importantly a multicultural agent with a passion for real estate, which has been her main focus for the past 4 years.

Eneida brings enthusiasm and an open mind to every meeting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for all parties involved. She is a skilled communicator, able to present difficult information effortlessly to a wide audience, from the inexperienced tenant to the well-informed buyer. Her main goal is to listen, identify and analyze each client’s needs in order to make every transaction as transparent and smooth as possible.

Eneida was first employed by acclaimed Rockrose Development as part of the leasing team for the 7-building EastCoast project in Long Island City, one of the pioneering projects attempting to develop the area. She was soon offered the Office Manager position at The View sales center in LIC, a luxury condominium from the same developer, where she was able to gain invaluable knowledge about the NY and especially the LIC real estate market. She now focuses her energy on two innovative projects by working for Modern Spaces at the Powerhouse Condominiums and The Yard in LIC.
