Eneida is a multicultural agent with a passion for real estate and a 6 year experience focusing in the field of new development in Long Island City.
She started her career in 2007 as part of the in-house leasing team for Rockrose Development's EastCoast, a pioneering 7-building rental project in LIC. Being recognized for her customer service and project coordination skills, she was soon offered a position with TF Cornerstone as the Office Manager at The View Condos. By the end of 2009, Eneida was approached by Modern Spaces to represent them on-site as both a coordinator and sales agent at the Powerhouse Condominiums and The Yard in LIC, two high-end innovative developments by Chess Builders.
She successfully helped sell both projects in a short 2 year's time, even though presented with a very challenging market.
Eneida is once more representing Modern Spaces on-site as she is currently working at The Vista and The Bindery, two new condos in LIC by developers Emmy Homes and Lions Group.
Her experience ranges from rentals to relocation, new development, on-site coordination and resales.
She brings enthusiasm and an open mind to every meeting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for all parties involved. A skilled communicator able to present difficult information effortlessly to a wide audience, from the inexperienced tenant to the well-informed buyer, her main goal is to listen, identify and analyze each client’s needs in order to make every transaction as transparent and smooth as possible.
In addition to English, Eneida is fluent in Spanish and Albanian.
