Eneida is a multicultural agent with a passion for real estate and a 5 year experience focusing in the field of new development in Long Island City.

She was first employed by acclaimed Rockrose Development as part of the leasing team for the 7-building EastCoast project in LIC, one of the pioneering undertakings attempting to develop the area; has worked with TF Cornerstone as the Office Manager at The View Condos; and in the past two years has focused her attention on Chess Builders' innovative projects by representing Modern Spaces on-site at the Powerhouse Condominiums and The Yard in LIC.
Her experience ranges from rentals to relocations, new development, on-site coordination and resales.

Eneida brings enthusiasm and an open mind to every meeting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for all parties involved. She is a skilled communicator, able to present difficult information effortlessly to a wide audience, from the inexperienced tenant to the well-informed buyer. Her main goal is to listen, identify and analyze each client’s needs in order to make every transaction as transparent and smooth as possible.
