Upper West Side
Interceding Columbia University at its northernmost tip, and Lincoln Center to its south, the Upper West Side is a cultural and intellectual epicenter. Similar to its east side counterpart for its affluence and high end shops, the culture on the west side of Central Park is distinct and unique. While most neighborhoods seem to have their own specific style of home, the Upper West Side provides a variety of residences, perhaps a reflection on the local citizens themselves. Popularly known for its setting on “Seinfeld”, this neighborhood has something for everyone. The development of the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle and the new addition of a Whole Foods Market to this area have only exponentially increased its value.
